How Trey Songz prepared for BP3

For those of you that live under a rock, or on the eastside of Detroit,
Jay-Z recently kicked off his BluePrint 3 Tour.
Tagging along are rapper Young Jeezy, as well as Trey Songz.
Wanna see how the singer prepared for the tour?
Check out this video.

I'm glad he didnt say "yuuup" at the end,
I have on fresh underwear and I dont feel like changing.

Oh yeah, while we're talking about him,
what about those gay rumors?
I know some of you hoes got your fingers crossed
for him to come out the closet.
Its no shade tho :]

Nicki Minaj in no rush to release an album

The Harajuku Fem Queen Barbie tells MTV
that she "never [likes] to rush it",
and people need to be accustomed
to seeing a female rapper again
before she puts an album out.

What she really meant was that
she's gonna continue making her living off of
featuring on other people's tracks
until Lil Wayne is available to give her album
the publicity she cant get by herself.
But thats just my analysis.

Rated R is selling...slooowly :[

Here's whats t on Rihanna and her album sales.

Rude Boy has jumped from #64 to #23 on the Billboard Hot 100
Right now, Rude Boy is at 11th on iTunes, so continue to download it, legally.
You can do that here.

Hard has fallen from #18 to #27
[It reached its Hot 100 peak a few weeks ago at #8]

Rated R has jumped to #16 on the Billboard 200.
The album has sold 25,000 copies last week
and 664,000 in the US, since its release in November.

While she is doing well,
this album isnt doing as great as it should be.
its only sold 664K in 3 months.
Good Girl Gone Bad moved that amount within its first month.

clearly everyone hasnt taken to her new image.
i guess...

you should already know how I feel about it tho;

How do you feel about the change between the last album and Rated R?

sixvid: Kanye West - Coldest Winter

The video for "Coldest Winter" from West's last album
808 And Heartbreaks has just been released.
Take a look:

Its a little depressing.
And besides, isnt it time for some new music from West?
I cant wait for tracks A Good Ass Job to leak.

fellow blogger makes very valid points about Queen Bey;

Is she the same Bey that changed you from fan to stan?
Thats the question thats being asked here;

I came across this article on music blog TrueClefMusic ,
which critiques Beyonce's career post-B`Day.
I agree with him on many counts,
but what do you think?

Rihanna: next album will be "more energetic"

MTV aired a clip from an interview with superstar Rihanna,
where she talked briefly about where she wants to go next.

Thats all fine and dandy and everything,
but can we finish promotion and touring for Rated R first?
kthanks.

"I'm ya I'm Ya Khalifa!"

I first met and heard about this Guy Wiz Khalifa in a Local club during a show he did sometime last year.

He and his squad screaming "I'm ya Khalifa..I'm ya I'm Khalifa" over the Beyonce Diva Beat and The crowd yelling back "Who is dis N***A....Who is, Who is Dis N***A" was pretty much the only memory I have of that night.

He was pretty Forgettable other than the WHACK FREESTYLES he was spitting that night, but Since he's coming back to my School tomorrow...I figured I would see what a difference a Year made.

Curiosity Killed the Kat
And I had to See WHO THIS GUY IS?! He Slightly reminds me of Young Money's Tyga...but skills wise...He aight! He Ain't No WAYNE....But I'll let You Listen: Wiz Khalifa

Here's The Freestyle From that Night:

sixPIX - Lady Gaga "Telephone" photos.

Lady Gaga released the first official photos
from her video for "Telephone" with Beyonce.
check `em out:

she gives me life,
what about you?

see, Ricky Minaj thinks so too.

#throwback video of the week.

The throwback vid of the day is
Junior M.A.F.I.A's I Need You Tonight
featuring Aaliyah, from their otherwise flop-filled
[minus Player's Anthem] 1995 album Conspiracy.
One of my favorite songs from that era of Bad Boy.
& the hook sung by Aaliyah
[borrowed from the 1985 smash hit
I Wonder If I Take You Home by Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam,
& later recycled by the Black Eyed Sellouts Peas
in Dont Phunk With My Heart ]
is the perfect addition to this mellow, head-bobbing track.
Peep the vid and take a walk down memory lane.

I hate when videos say "To Be Continued"
and we never get a sequel.
#hmph.

sixvid : Erykah Badu ft. Lil Wayne - Jump Up in the Air

Well Well Well....
Is our Favorite Turban Wearing Bag Lady
Trying to make a comeback?
Personally, I like the song,
however, I don't see it being
a Club song, or even MUCHO POPULAR
BUT It features Lil Wayne, SO IT MIGHT BE!
It's sort of QUIRKY
But I like!
