Kim Kardashian's new fragrance launched last week.
The perfume bottle features
a distinctive double K logo, for Kim's initials.
The problem? The logo probably wasnt Kim's idea.

look strikingly similar to the necklace charm on the right?
Lindley Bertin, creator of Korcula jewelry line, sure thinks so.
The jeweler sent Kim one of her necklaces as a gift,
and was ecstatic to see Kim wearing it in public...
until this happened.
Bertin has already enlisted counsel on the situation
and will more than likely file a lawsuit.
smh, crime doesnt pay.
