When the video model/dick connoisseur released her book Confessions of a Video Vixen she set the world on fire, detailing her many sexual encounters with some of hip hop's big names. Steffans started a trend; Soon after, more "tell-all" books about the hip-hop industry were written. Its become something of a gimmick.
As proven by the video below. Groupie Kat Stacks caused a controversy on YouTube when she posted this video. I'm not sure if she's appeared in videos or if she's just a groupie, but she alleges that she's had sex with Nelly, Young Money, and others. In other groupie news, model Rosa Acosta [who recently appeared on the cover of King] went in on rapper Maino after he dissed her in an interview.
