Daaamn. Nas takes another loss in his divorce proceedings with Kelis. Nas showed up to court in L.A., after Kelis claimed that the rapper hasnt paid her anything in spousal or child support [despite being ordered to pay her $55k/month a while back.
Not only did the judge make Esco pay back the money he owes Kelis, [which amounted to $47,249.42 in back child support and $40,454 in back spousal support] but he also has to pay Kelis' legal fees; an amount of $155,787.28, and her accounting expenses; an amount of $48,549.83.
Nas is also required to fork over an additional $10k/month for spousal support until the grand total of $299,015.50.
YIKES. That's a lot of fucking money. And its not exactly like Nas is pumping out albums. I dont think he should be required to give up ALL that money; spousal support, legal fees, etc. Kelis is probably making more bank than him at the moment, so why should Nas cop all the breaks?
